Hi, I'm Marc. I've spent the last decade in commercial operations and management consulting, and in nearly every role I had to build my own team from scratch.
Hiring was always the hardest part. I've interviewed "experienced" salespeople who couldn't write a cold email to save their lives, and marketing hires who turned out to be one-trick Canva ponies. I've waded through hundreds of LinkedIn applicants who clearly never read the job description.
